Volunteers to Stop Trump is an organization of volunteers dedicated to stopping Trump from being president by talking to our personal networks and encouraging them to vote. This program is not affiliated with any candidate or political party.
A $100/week stipend is included for attending 2 full 2-hour trainings a week (you would pick from various times offered). Successful participants could earn up to $900 this election cycle, depending on the success of our fundraising efforts.
To qualify for the stipend in our interactive training programs, participants are required to have access to stable wifi, not be in transit, have a computer and a phone, be on camera and off mute during the sessions
We are also committed to building long term power for racial and economic justice, by empowering young, LGBT, working class, BIPOC folks, and others with marginalized identities with base building skills through hands-on organizing training. These transferable skills can be used to build movements for ceasefire, racial, economic, climate, reproductive justice now and beyond the election.
Our program has connections with local and national electoral and labor organizations that are currently hiring organizers this election.
